Service Description
The MSP staff is always looking to capture that wonderful family moment for any occasion. Let our staff help create your family memory. Please let us know if you would like to add time to your booking due to time restraints we may have the day of. This service comes with: 1) Up to 30 minutes of shooting, after styling and setup if scheduled. 2) Up to three wardrobe changes. 3) An online private gallery where you can view and purchase your images 24/7, 365, and is delivered through email within 72-hours of your appointment. Please note: Any image editing requests are a separate charge, a free quote will be given by our partners. We offer print services too from right inside your private gallery. Or from the photographers custom services if you are looking to print, and or frame your pictures. A free quote is given, and please give 5 - 7 Business Days to complete your order. Please note: If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late to the start time you set, we will have to reschedule. Also, there are no retainer refunds once you book, but you can reschedule up to two-hours before your start time. Things happen, and we understand. Thank you for researching our service options.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Your appointment retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE within 2 business days of your booked appointment. And full payment is due the day of your appointment using the invoice we emailed you. But you can always reschedule your booking 24-hours before your booking date. Thank you for considering our services. And we hope to see you in the studio soon.
